With the development of modernization, more and more new low-voltage distribution cabinets continue to appear in people's lives. However, how much do you know about the installation and operation of such low-voltage distribution cabinets?

Power Distribution Cabinet Installation Requirements

1. Low-voltage power distribution cabinets, distribution boxes, and switch boxes are generally made of steel plates, and insulating plates can also be used, but wood materials are not suitable.

2. Electric boxes and switch boxes should be installed correctly and firmly, and should not be turned upside down or skewed. The vertical distance between the bottom of fixed distribution boxes and switch boxes and the ground should be greater than 1.3m and less than or equal to 1.5m; the vertical distance between the bottom of mobile distribution boxes and switch boxes and the ground should be greater than or equal to 0.6m and less than equal to 1.5m.

3. It is strictly forbidden to connect the power lines entering the low-voltage power distribution cabinet with plugs.

4. The distance between the electrical boxes should not be too far. The distance between the distribution box and the switch box shall not exceed 30m. The horizontal distance between the switch box and the fixed electrical equipment should not exceed 3m.

5. Each electrical equipment should have its own dedicated switch box. Each electrical equipment on the construction site should have its own dedicated switch box, and must meet the requirements of 'one machine, one switch, one leak'. It is strictly forbidden to use the same switch to directly control two or more electrical equipment (including sockets). A leakage protector must be installed in the switch box, its rated leakage operating current should not exceed 30ma, and the leakage operating time should not exceed 0.1s.

低压成套配电柜的安装和操作规范

The installation location of the low-voltage distribution box should avoid direct sunlight, avoid splashing water, avoid moisture, and have ample operating space in front. The equipment in the cabinet should be cleaned regularly, check the wiring terminals, check the switches, whether the contactors are in good condition, and whether there is overheating inside. The sealing performance of the power distribution cabinet should be checked regularly to prevent small animals from entering or condensation inside. For areas with high humidity, dampers and dryers should be equipped. Check whether the installation position is firm and not tilted or shaken.

Power distribution cabinet operating procedures

For the normal operation of the low-voltage power distribution cabinet and equipment, any irrelevant personnel shall not flip the switch on the board; after the power distribution board enters the power distribution state, the speed-up switch of the power panel shall not be arbitrarily pulled, and the lock switch of the air circuit breaker shall not be used in non-emergency situations. When shutting down, the load of the generator should be cut off first, and then stop without load, and it is not allowed to stop directly with load; the power distribution cabinet should be cleaned and maintained regularly so that the equipment is always in good working condition; the charging and discharging board is used for emergency power distribution Board, the liner personnel should check its working status frequently to ensure sufficient low-voltage power at any time, and grasp the working status of the magnetic saturation voltage regulator through the on-board instrument.

During normal navigation, all switches on the distribution board of the low-voltage power distribution cabinet should be turned on to ensure that the generator can be started at any time and can be put into use at any time; Accelerate until the generator enters the normal working state, and the voltage and frequency reach the specified value before switching on and transmitting power; the parallel operation of generators must be operated in strict accordance with the requirements and regulations of parallel conditions, and attention should be paid to reverse power (reverse current) and parallel operation. Vehicle failure and other phenomena; when plugging in shore power, first cut off the power switches of the shore power panel, and then check the correctness of the wiring and phase sequence. When operating the switchboard, the engineers should concentrate their thoughts and operate carefully to prevent accidents, otherwise they will be held accountable for personal accidents.
